We care a lot about families and about family business success across the world and for this we have a special project called Superclans, inspired from Asian terminology.

While respecting tradition and continuity, most family businesses have undergone significant change over the past 30 years alongside most of the economy. We are trusted advisers for CEOs or boards of global family business as well as more generally for C-Suites in ambitious SMEs or in global multinationals. We have developed a specially-designed training for such ambitious global operators which is based on our study of successful global family businesses. This knowledge is meant to strengthen the information, influence and image of CEOs managing global operations.

Our professional training does not replace intelligence or character, nor does it suffice in the absence of previous generations’ advice and guidance. It does however allow for new generations of family business leaders as well as other global business CEOs to confront the new business environment armed with the skill set needed to cross it with the same success as those who used the Third Wave of Globalization to take a national / local family business and turn it into a thriving international operation.
