Methodology

Our methodology has been developed by our team based on our more than 8 years of activity as trainers, facilitators or coaches on projects with a variety of organisations from political foundations to international business and civil society organisations.

We start with an audit of the person or organisation and then we go into the individual and organisational leadership and image development. Essentially, we do leadership build-up, strategic storytelling, communications strategy and global media relations as well as speech simplification and sound bites to ensure that leaders perform 360 degrees, thereby attaining their objectives.

Audit

The programme will start with an image and objectives audit to establish a baseline for future growth as well as clarity of destination. A questionnaire will be sent to you or your team, individual interviews will be carried out and an audit produced. After presentation and approval, we commence actual implementation of our leadership and communications recipe.

Candidate

We treat all our clients and partners as power candidates in their different organisations, whether we are talking about the public arena for a political leader, a stakeholder engagement for a civil organisation or the board dynamics of a global business. Our first priority is to work on the candidate's private confidence and afterwards on his or her public persona in a manner that is coherent with his or her objectives. After tailored training, we ensure that the candidate has a compelling narrative which brings together the story of self, the story of us and the story of now in order to achieve success as regards his or her key audiences.

Speeches

Once the candidate has a strong internalised story ready to share with the world we then move on to examples of present or future stump speeches that he or she needs to prepare. We help the candidate to gain trust in himself or herself as well as improve on the public delivery of any such speech which may come in the near future. They say practice makes perfect but we believe that it is not about perfection but about authenticity and the courage to deliver to the people what you believe in at the right moment in time in the right manner.

Agenda

One of the best ways to advance your cause is to create a calendar of different events whether 'online or offline' where your now developed storytelling and speech capacities can integrate a variety of emotions in order to connect with people in the online and offline arena. Separate from communications, we also emphasise character and consistency as regards the development of the near future strategic agenda.

Feedback

All across the candidates' journey / campaign to achieve his or her objectives we prioritise feedback thereby helping them improve each step of the way. This way, along the journey, our client or partners perform better each time by getting real time help and the genuine feeling of partnership across the road to success. We function as an efficient, confident but also confidential Red Team across global organisations.
